CA is not for Americans

There are laws in nearly every state that assert that a homicide committed in relation to illegal drug activity can and should be tried as a first degree murder due to the foreknowledge of the legality and severity of such activities. Or more basically put, you know that there is a high probability that armed conflict might occur, and thus premeditation.
Not in California though, some leftist in some city far from El Dorado County decided a few years ago that such standards needed to end. And the Mexican Nationals that gunned down Deputy Brian Ishmael knew it, the organized crime that pours over our boarders from Mexico know our laws better than most that legally live here. Now a beloved member of our CA community is dead and CA law enforcement and the courts they serve have their hands tied regarding a conviction.
When these two cartel-related Mexicans were brought to the El Dorado County Jail, they were held but not booked. Federal law enforcement showed up to process them but the Sheriff, sticking with CA law, had to refuse them because the heartless commies in Sacramento made our state a "sanctuary" state and the good Sheriff would face litigation if he went against these unjust laws and permitted the Federal Government to do their job. As stated the Sheriff did not book them (the criminals), leaving open the door for Federal charges to be filed since these men also broke Federal laws.
The bottom line, California law will not provide justice for its citizens, rather, it will favor murderous, cartel-men from another country and is impotent to stop these criminals while they terrorize the rest of us. These laws are so obscene that the Sheriff of El Dorado County is not even permitted to contact ICE to determine the legal status of those taken into custody for slaying one of his own deputies. In other words, these murderers are further protected from a law enforcement professional to do his or her job. Luckily, Federal law still cares about Americans and hopefully justice will be served.

California has one of the best climates in the world, but due to progressive laws it is becoming a shit-hole country. One third of the nation's welfare recipients live here, and near the same percentage of the nation's homeless reside within the state, while it also enjoys more billionaire residents than any other state. So it begs the question; how's that social justice working for you CA? On the news today I saw a report that estimated some 86,000 Californians have left this state for Texas alone. Californian legislators have created taxes for nearly everything under the Sun, they even have an exit tax (taxing you for moving out of the state). The incompetent governor recently launched an 'investigation' into why CA has such high gas prices. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the high cost of doing business in the state, nor the extreme gas tax we all pay at the pumps. Every time I turn on the radio they are increasing some tax on us.
Forest mis-management has lead to fire risks so bad that many cannot even obtain fire insurance and thus cannot even sell their homes if they wanted to. There is also PG&E, whom turn off our power every time there is a breeze so that their mismanaged power lines don't spark a fire -a whole other rant I could go on about.
Meanwhile the exploding homeless population have congregated in shanty-towns or tent-cities where black plague has resurfaced among other long-gone afflictions, and the progressives and 'democraps' that hand out needles and administer the drugs that perpetuate such conditions scratch their heads and point the finger at "whiteness".
So, not only do we have to deal with the worst social conditions while proudly claiming to be the richest state, our laws won't even properly protect us from foreign threats (which is precisely what the cartels are).
So what can we do? A close relative of mine always responds to this question with "vote", but we do vote, we have repeatedly elected a state legislator, a state senator, and a Congressional representative that speak out against these horrible laws, but they are in a vast minority. If you are even mildly conservative in CA then you don't really have a voice. Still we vote, at least we can try to keep our mountain counties from going the way of Sacramento, the bay area, and Los Angeles, but as we have now seen, even a good sheriff has his hands tied by the backwards thinking of the majority of this state.
Time to wash our hands of this and relocate to somewhere that will fight for those that it represents.
