Indoctrination

Indoctrination is essentially a process in which people are convinced through some form of persuasion to adopt a new set of ideas. To indoctrinate a people it is best to start with their children, just ask Hitler.

Watching this video by Horowitz on the Left's war on Christianity I realized the hypocrisy in what liberals are doing to our children through public schools. In the latter third of the 20th century there was a lawsuit that effectively took prayer out of public schools. The suite was over a 23-word prayer that basically read; God please bless and look over us students, parents, teachers, and all of America, Amen. The ruling was based on the pretext of our constitution that prevents the implementation of a national religion. Many on the left will say that Christians trying to get information on the Bible, let alone prayer, into schools are trying to institutionalize their (the Christian) ideology, therefor forcing their beliefs on all of our kids. This the Left claims is Christian-Indoctrination of public schools, even though these things used to be taught or at least mentioned in schools. In the very next breath they will advocate for the inclusion of LGBTQ lifestyles in grammar school and completely fail to see the hypocrisy in that. I saw a video the other day of a guy in drag (oops, a Trans-female) teaching a class of what looked to be pre-schoolers or perhaps kindergarten students. Yeah, they looked a little confused by the appearances of this 'guest' teacher. They either fail to see this hypocrisy because they are intellectually-deficient or they are pushing this hypocrisy knowingly.
I really feel for kids these days, what, with all the sex-driven TV programming, confusing messages on what is important (fame, wealth, hedonism, etc.), and now this! It was difficult enough when I was a kid to figure out who I was. Luckily my mom provided some boundaries regarding acceptable behavior so I showed others respect and followed the rules, though, sexuality never came up. I was always told as a kid, "you kids got it so easy these days" and I agree that we did. The kids 'these days' may have all the comforts I had and more, but this culture that we live in is telling them a bunch of different, often conflicting messages. Trying to figure out who you are let alone your sexuality is nightmarish in the 21st century. They don't have it easy.
We used to have a guide to life, or we at least used to use it. Even if you were not a religious person you likely had a copy of the Holy Bible in your home somewhere and when the shit hit the fan you often went to it. To kids these days that old book is associated with oppression and old superstitious ways of ignorant people. This upcoming generation seems to be encouraged to engage in whatever (formerly taboo) activity that they think 'feels good' while being Christian is the new taboo. Be careful my lib-tard friends, make Christianity too taboo and the kids will start trying it behind your back! "Just one verse won't hurt anyone..."

Decades ago in the 20th century progressives decided to liberate women from the burden of raising kids at home. Perhaps the most important vocation in human history is that of being a Mother, and I argue that doing this correctly is being there and caring for those kids when they are not in school. It matters. Having an active Father that has at least some form of daily engagement is also very important, perhaps critical, but secondary to mom. This is how we evolved as an animal, the ancient prophets saw this, and realized the importance of the mother-father-family dynamic often calling it sacred. They almost always created an institution or binding contract between male and female to these ends and it has proven for millennia in nearly every culture to benefit the members of that family and the wider culture, no persuasion or indoctrination required. But this was seen as oppressive to women by the progressives, certainly there were women who wanted nothing to do with having kids and preferred career which should be supported, but women whom choose to be stay-at-home moms should not feel guilty, or be vilified as anti-feminist for making that choice. Perhaps the problem was that women were not generating tax revenue raising kids, who knows (only the Democrats), but society has evolved from this point into one where even most married women need to find gainful employment in order to make ends meet. So our kids are lacking the moral foundations and the parenting moments that help them deal with the troubles of growing up. On top of that our schools, following the progressive line, are alienating Christianity and adding more confusion regarding sexual identity. With all of this do we really have to wonder why we have an increasing occurrence of kids acting out violently in their schools? We are America, we have always had guns, you used to be able to order them in a Sears catalog. But we haven't always had school shootings. What changed? Just look. What changed? Who the hell is raising our kids people?
Now, I'm not saying it's a plot; 'keep them all working while we indoctrinate their kids with progressive ideals' but, I'm not saying it isn't. In order to sell them on the new ideology (progressivism) you have to destroy their old ideology (Christianity).

We all need to wake up. We feel it is more important to be able to send our kids to sports camps and fill their schedules with extra curricular activities than it is to be at home when they are. Perhaps by making our kids as busy as we are, makes us feel better for being there less. Perhaps we (and our children) have fallen into the trap that is the lie of consumerism, which requires that we work more to make more so that we (and our kids) fit in with all the other humans in amassing 'stuff'. When all we need is time. Time together. But we have eaten all of our time chasing a lie, a false idol. We are warned against all of this hedonistic, consumerism in a book that we have had for nearly two thousand years, or more than 1600 in its current canon. It's all in there folks. Get back to it. Get back into the home with our kids and out of the office and daycare and reclaim our children. The best way to counter this insane ideology is to inoculate our kids against leftist-indoctrination by teaching them morality and truth ourselves.
